  • Shipping Information

    • Portugal: 1–3 business days;

    • Other European countries: 3–5 business days;

    • United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Brazil, Turkey: 5–7 business days;

    • Angola: 1-7 business days (Delivery can also depend on stock availability)


    After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

  • Exchanges and Returns

    We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.


    The cost of return or exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was sent incorrectly or is defective. In those cases, we will cover all costs.


    If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at info@honassys.com with your order number, a description, and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
